Descriptions

  • In the "Architecture" column, there are names of micro-architecture, brand names and processor codenames (which may be enough to distinguish different kind of processors). If this is required, "Addendum" column includes additional informations.
  • Family/Model numbers from "Intel® Atom™ Processor Z3600 and Z3700 Series Specification Update" (329475-005) looks incorrect. It notes 06_35h in specification update but actual family/model IDs are 06_37h. I confirmed from many information from the web and test result from friend's actual machine.
  • CPUID identification described in "Mobile 4th Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Family, Mobile Intel® Pentium® Processor Family, and Mobile Intel® Celeron® Processor Family Specification Update" (328903-017) looks incorrect and unclear. This document describes that processors in "Mobile H-Processor Line" have family/model IDs of 06_46 and ones in "Mobile M-Processor Line" have 06_3C. But actual testing result looks only "Crystalwell" processors (which have Iris Pro Graphics 5200) have 06_46 and other "Mobile H-Processor Line" processors have 06_3C. This document also lacks identification of low-power (Haswell U and Y) processors (that have 06_45).
  • Other specification update documents looks fine or (at least) okay. Some might have incorrect "Model Number" and "Extended Model" columns in the "Identication Information" sections.
  • Many informations for Centaur's processors are not disclosed (maybe we need NDA) and thus contents corresponding these processors may be clearly wrong.
